Mon thé avec Queenkelly
Tenir un blog permet parfois de faire des rencontres marrantes. Prenez Queenkelly, avec qui j'ai été prendre un thé lors de mon séjour à Paris (désolée, pas de photo de la rencontre, 20six en a décidé autrement...) Nous avons discuté de chick lit et des autres bloggeurs littéraires (dit "blogauteur", terme franchement atroce, mais c'est ça ou "cyberécrivain"...) Le conseil de Queenkelly: jetez-vous sur le Diable  s'habille en Prada. Apparemment, c'est vraiment palpitant... Rencontre agréable, donc, même si nous ne sommes pas d'accord sur les lettres de recommendations. Les arguments de fait ("c'est comme ça, il faut l'accepter...) ne me convaincront jamais entièrement. D'autre part, j'avoue que je suis un peu perplexe sur cette question de "littérature pour gonzesses". Dans mon roman et mes nouvelles, je parle de violence et de souffrance plus que de domaines "intimes" (le corps, la séduction...) Est-ce pour autant que j'écris comme un mec? Qu'en pensez-vous?

J'en pense que tout ceci ne sont que des clichés, des préjugés et donc il ne faut pas se fier à cela, tu n'écris pas comme un mec, chacun a sa manière, son style d'écriture et la mort, la souffrance, la violence ne sont pas des choses de mecs, c'est omniprésent...

Une femme a besoin de certaines réaction masculines, et vice versa pour les hommes. Une femme beaucoup trop féminine OU masculine ne plaira pas. Quelqu'un qui sait avoir les 2 et qui assume saura donc prouver à travers cela son ouverture d'esprit. Et que le premier qui parle de Garçon Manqué se ramasse une pierre dans le front.
De là, je te trouve totalement *à part* ou encore *bizarre* peut être, mais surement pas péjorativement. C'est une qualité même!

Je te conseille aussi le diable s'habille en prada. Certes c'est ce que j'appelle également un roman de fille en ce sens que ca parle mode, potin et blabla, et que donc le public sera plus facilement séduit si c'est une femme. Un peu comme les films de filles à la bridget jones. Cependant c'est aussi une critique caustique du monde de la mode et de la presse féminine. Un bouquin qui se lit facilement mais dont on tire quand même quelque chose!
je pense donc que la question c'est pas tant d'écrire comme un mec ou comme une fille, mais plutôt pour une fille et pour un mec! car après tout un auteur écrit bien pour quelqu'un! le public doit être visé!
