 Pourquoi j’habite à Londres ?
- 1.Parce que végéter avec une bourse d’étudiant jusqu’à mes 30 ans, ça me tentait bof. Quand on offre aux jeunes le choix entre un stage à 300 euros par mois, et le RMI, il ne faut pas s’étonner qu’autant se cassent à l’étranger.
- Parce que je n’avais pas non plus envie de me trouver une bonne planque du type « intermittent du spectacle » : je veux être une artiste à temps complet
 (de toute façon, les écrivains n’ont pas droit à ce régime de luxe, d’après ce que j’ai compris)
- Parce que les Anglais pensent uniquement à travailler et à faire du fric, pas à s’étriper sur des questions crétines. Et l’avantage d’une société riche, c’est que la plupart des artistes peuvent se concentrer sur leurs projets, plutôt que sur leur loyer.
- Parce que je préfère encore être une immigrée ici, qu’une « précaire » en France.
- Parce que passer pour une égoïste qui ne veut pas payer d’impôts dans son beau pays natal ne me dérange strictement pas
Parce que la vie est devenue insupportable en France, tout simplement.

Découvert Diginitas sur la revue des ressources et en suivant le lien ce blog... Je préfère la nouvelle au blog mais je crois que je suis un peu allergique au "moi je " du blog. Préfère la littérature et là c'est plutôt bien, beaucoup mieux que les écrivains de "Bordel" dont on ne retiendra que sa fête dans un club de strap-tease il y a deux ans. Concernant Dantec : je l'aime bien : on se coise quand il vient à Paris mais il a vraiment viré. Il y a trois ans, il parlait de la Bosnie et pourquoi il était la-bas, et pourquoi il avait choisi de partir au canada car il ne supportait pas qu'on est laissé faire Sebrenica.... aujourd'hui il a tout transformé.... et parle d'islamisation..... Maurice prend trop d'acides et c'est dommage...

Je vis moi aussi à Londres depuis un an - il n'y a pas de quoi en faire tout un plat et je n'y suis pas certain qu'on vive mieux ici qu'à Paris, soyons honnêtes trente secondes. Qu'on pense davantage à faire du fric qu'à s'étriper sur des "questions crétines" comme tu dis, je ne suis pas sûr que cela constitue un fabuleux atout, car moi, j'aime bien les questions crétines. Enfin, dans les librairies, puisque tu en parles, il vaut mieux y chercher de la chick lit que de la littérature tout court si l'on souhaite ne pas repartir les mains vides. Entre la consolidation de la distribution (cf fusion Otakar / Waterstone) et la pression sur les prix, on ne peut pas parler de prime à la diversité. Ca m'aurait fait plaisir que tu l'évoques également, tout ça.

Je suis ok sur la situation des jeunes (et moins jeunes en France) mais pense aussi qu'affronter et ne pas fuire est important je crois que contrairement à ce que l'on entend un peu trop , il n'y aura jamais de fuite massive hors de france , bien des chercheurs et autres sont trop contents dy travailler, ensuite aller voir ailleurs ce qui se passe çà çà me semble très positif . Et concernant les impôts, je crois, déjà, que lorsque l'on peut en payer c'est que tout va bien...on oublie un peu trop ce qui ne le peuvent pas et je sais qu'il y a des paradis fiscaux mais aussi des artistes payant de gros impôts et heureux de le faire ce qui siggnife pour eux qu'ils ont de quoi vivre donc reverser ; Au plaisir de te lire.
